The
Indirect Oil Field Heater is a Water Bath Heater,
capable of Heating up to 10,000 bpd of Hydrocarbon
Oil with Gas Up to 60 Mm Scfd from 0°C to 70°C for
De Waxing and further processing. The maximum heat
transfer is 2 mm Btu/Hr. The Water Bath Heater has
Coiled Tubes of 4-Inch size, carrying the Hydrocarbon
Oil with gas in & out of the Water Bath with Choke
& Manifold for flow control & bypass of oil. The tubes
have a capacity to withstand a maximum pressure of
5000 Psi.
Provision for filling & draining of water is provided
along with level indicator, low water-level switch
& thermostat for sensing the water temperature and
to control it between 0°C & 90°C through control valve
actuation on main gas line as well as on fuel oil
line. |
